I am looking for fully furnished private suite/studio/bachelor in Vancouver area. Preferably walking distance to skytrain station since I dont own a car and rely on transit. I dont smoke, drugs, dont have pets and can provide you with great references. I am a quiet responsible, clean and easy going whoalways pay rent on time.

I need the kitchen to cook my own meal as well as wireless internet and insuite dryer/washer. I will need the place early april and stay for long term. Willing to pay up to 700-750/month (all inclusive)
