Born in Hong Kong, Beverly Leung is active as solo as well as a collaborative pianist. Currently pursuing the master of music degree majoring in piano performance at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, she received piano tutelage under Nancy Loo. She has played in the piano masterclasses of Alexis Golovin, Gary Graffman, Andrzej Jasinski, Jenny Zaharieva, Stephen Mayer, Monique Duphil ,Victor Rosenbaum , Julian Jacobson, Vanessa Latarche, Trevor Pinnock, Barry Snyder, Stephen Savage, Fulvio Turissini, Natalia Troull, and Dmitri Bashkirov among other prominent pianists in the world.

During her studies at the Academy, she is a scholarship recipient of the prestigious Ohel leah Synagogue Charity postgraduate Scholarship, Tom Lee Music Scholarship, the Exxonmobil Scholarship and the Scholarship from HK and Macau Taiwanese Charity Fund~ Angel care. Beverly was selected to participate in the International Summer Academy of the University Mozarteum Salzburg in Austria, Canton International Summer Music Academy in China, and International Keyboard Institute and Festival at the Mannes College of Music in the United States.

In summer 2009, Beverly received a full grant from the Arts Development Council of Hong Kong to perform in the San Daniele International Piano Meeting in Italy; she was subsequently awarded an outstanding performance award playing the Schumann piano concerto. She has also won the concerto competition in June 2009 at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts playing Gershwin¡¦s Rhapsody in Blue. Recently, Beverly has already been selected as one of the final round participants of the International Chopin Piano Competition in Asia and participated in the Isidor Bajic International Piano Competition.

Beverly has performed at the Government House of Hong Kong. She has also played for the Radio 4 of Radio and Television of Hong Kong. She was the pianist for a special production, Pulse, a collaboration of the School of Dance and School of Music of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. She is also the pianist for the Hong Kong Youth Choir and the Academy Concert Band.
