Homestay message
Hi! My name is Lynn and I have been an ESL teacher for 5 years. I have also hosted international students from Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Korea, and Saudi Arabia, and look forward to meeting you!
I live in Marpole (South Granville area) in the west side of Vancouver in a sunny 2-bedroom rooftop apartment with an outside patio. It is quiet and a great place to study. Close to downtown and airport, public transit. This would suit female student who is independent and respectful.
Independent homestay (meals not included) at $575/month includes:
* bedding, towels, cookware supplied
* utilities, laundry facilities included
* your clean cozy and bright bedroom has a TV, VCR, stereo, clock radio, double-size bed with down duvet, desk, chair and reading lamp/full-length mirror and lots of closet space
*wireless internet access
Close to bus stops (Granville St, SW Marine and Oak St)- direct routes to downtown. Short distance to skytrain station. 1-3 blocks to coffee shops, restaurants, library, grocery store, etc.

Airport pick-up may be possible, depending on the day and time.
PS. If you like to smoke, you can smoke outside on the balcony. but not inside the apartment. Thank you!
