we have nice house in Burnaby in a very good location,it takes 20min to SFU,BCIT and 20 min to down town Vancouver
we have 3 rooms available for female student, rooms are on top and main floor, for your information most houses offer rooms in the basement which may be dark and smell bad and with small window or no window. We charge 850$ per month which includes 3 meals a day and with no meal we charge $650 every room has internet access, some furniture.
